La Casa de Papel

We took part in the 3rd season of the Netflix series “La Casa de Papel”, collaborating in the development of a key action scene, filmed at the studios of Colmenar Viejo – Madrid.

For this sequence, we designed and installed a hexagonal cage-like structure composed of 128 laser beams, creating a striking environment in which the protagonists manage to confine the Police. The goal was to generate a sense of tension, control, and visual spectacle in line with the series’ atmosphere.

Following the director’s instructions, the 128 lasers, installed on the ceiling, were programmed to activate sequentially and in sync, producing a visual effect that simulates moving infrared bars.

The result was an installation fully integrated into the cinematic scene of the series, delivering a powerful and recognizable visual effect aligned with the universe of La Casa de Papel.
